Blue Series Fan - High only

Blue Series VZW35-SN only works on HIGH speed. When the switch is on Low or Med, the fan does not work. The LEDs move up and down appropriately, but the fan will only spin on HIGH, and it spins on HIGH.

Wiring: triple checked. This shares a gang box with a VZM31-SN (can lights) that works fine and the 2 switches share LINE and NEUTRAL. There are no lights on this fan.

What is your Output Mode set to, “Ceiling Fan (3-speed)” or “Exhaust Fan (On/Off)”?

Image of mine connected via Z2M… I see you have a “Dimmer” option for Output Mode? ZHA?

My only option for Output mode is Dimmer or On/Off. It is ZHA.

Ahh, ok, then I would think that setting should be correct.
