I’ve installed dozens of Inovelli White Series Smart Dimmers, and they’ve been amazing! However, I’ve hit a snag with one setup. I have a non-dimmable LED strip under my kitchen cabinets (from the builder), and whenever I turn it on, I hear a buzzing sound.
I’ve already switched the dimmer to “Switch Mode - On/Off,” but it didn’t resolve the issue. Does anyone have suggestions for fixing this? Thanks in advance!
The dimmer does not support that type of load. You will need the on/off switch when it is released. Even when the dimmer is in the on-off mode, the load is still going through the dimmer circuitry, which does not support LED transformers.

As an Inovelli Insider, do you have any insight as to the general ETA on the release of these White Series on/off switch?
Not a lot. The Blue on/off is still in beta, but now that it’s moving toward production I believe @Eric_Inovelli will be publishing an updated timeline for the White.
The “interpreted” version of what I just said is “it’s going to be a while, but it’s coming.”
