It’s my third lzw36 but the first one I have ran into this issue. I can hold a and press b 3 times but nothing happens. I have factory reset the switch and power cycled the switch. Nothing. Any ideas? I searched the forums but couldn’t find anyone with the same issue.
Just a newbie to the product line myself, but I was having the same issues this past Saturday. I found mention in one of the docs that you need to push the B button 3 times quickly, if you are having trouble.
That did it for me, and I was able to add it to my Hubitat.
