Can't post new topic in Product Support due to "Missing" tags from 'Products'

I am having an issue and wanted to post a new topic to the Product Support section and am experiencing an issue where this is impossible due to no selectable tags from the ‘Products’ category.

How do I fix this?


Hi, can you try posting it again? Inovelli was working on a tag issue and I think posting there was temporarily broken. They believe it’s resolved.

Was able to post successfully without choosing a product tag…

None of them matched either the VZM36 or VZM30-SN in use with this issue, so tried with no extra tags and was able to post.
