I have a few dimmers in my house that I’d like to swap out with Red Series dimmers… These switches are currently a silver color. Are there any colored replacement parts / face plates available somewhere?

Thanks for that. The gray option is not quite what I need… More of a metallic silver to match what I have in place today.
Anyone aware of someone custom making or 3D printing for these switches?

Considering painting them. Would likely have better luck starting with white than the other colors… Of course that is the only color replacement you cannot buy 
@Eric_Inovelli any chance spare white kits can be purchased?
