This support blurb (https://support.inovelli.com/portal/en/kb/articles/how-to-set-the-default-dim-level-during-certain-times) talks about the dim level solution for SmartThings. Is there a known equivalent for Home Assistant? I have Black dimmers and hope to acquire Red dimmers when available.
Does the SmartThings child device handler simply repetitively toggle Parameter 9 between zero and other desired settings, or is there another hidden parameter? Would there be a way, even with a cryptic Z-Wave command, to rewrite the last dimmer setting, for example from dusk until dawn to ensure a lower dimmer default? Finally, if Parameter 9 is set at 0, is there another Parameter or Z-Wave value to poll the last level setting of the dimmer stored on the switch?
My workaround solution: when nobody is detected in the rooms to turn on by script to the new desired brightness setting, then immediately turn off the switch.
