Factory reset NZW96

I have an NZW96 outdoor smart plug. It had been paired to a controller which is no longer functioning. I have a new controller, but I can’t find a way to factory reset the unit - there are unpairing instructions, but they all assume you can put the controller into exclusion mode…

Help?

Hey @jgalak - great question!

If you have a new controller, you can run the exclusion with the new controller and it will factory reset the device.

Let me know what controller you have and I can hopefully help!
