Feature Request: Allow skipping of delay when multi tap is enabled / load always on/off for multi tap events

Indeed the double tap for instant on/off is another one of my many quality of life posts / feature requests

Double tap for instant on/off

One thing I desperately miss from my Insteon dimmers is fast on/fast off. If you double clicked up or down it skipped any ramp/delay in either direction (and reported the fast on/off back to the hub) I’d love if all the dimmers could have the “Double Up/Down Level Enable” config options expanded to something like: No double action Double action goes to level in parameter X Fast On/off Fast On/off to level parameter X
