I am a new Inovelli customer. I am seeking information on how the fan canopy device receives its firmware updates. I have had my fan canopy device installed since Christmas 2025 and it shows that my firmware version is 1.0.0.0. Is this the current firmware for this device or should I have received an update by now and unfortunately, it has not been installed?
1.0.0 is the current firmware for the White Fan Canopy. When new software is available you will either get a message in Apple Home advising you that new software is available or it will update automatically depending on how the option is set in Apple Home. Personally I recommend disabling the auto update option in Apple Home so that you can pick the update time yourself.
