I think I got it right this time.
Lights stay off when the illuminance in a given room is above 50%. When it’s close to solar noon, the lights are the brightest and they are midrange-mired color temp. When it’s after dusk, lights are dimmed and they are set to the warmest color temp. Everything is motion activated with a programmable delay to leave the lights on until the motion sensor settles.
Every parameter is configurable as an input, so have at it, and set your dynamic scenes to match your preference.
