LZW30-SN turning on by itself

I have a Inovelli Switch Red Series LZW30-SN, at 11pm the switch is turned off via webcore, however at 11:43pm the lights come on without any input (energy event). I happened to be awake at 4am and noticed the lights were on, but when I pressed down on the physical switch the lights remained on. I had to press the up switch first, then I could turn them off so it seems as though the switch thought the lights were already off.

Is the relay enabled on that switch and controlling standard LED lights or disabled and controlling smart bulbs? What other rules are setup to interact with that switch or bulbs?
