I installed 2 LZW31-SN switches today and both are not reporting the switch states on changes unless polled in the device config page. I excluded both, factory reset them, and then re-included them in my Hubitat Elevation. No change. On further examination I see that there are associations in all 4 groups. I have other LZW31-sn switches and they only have association in the first and work correctly (speed and reporting).
In reviewing the community threads I came across a suggestion to use the Z-Wave Association Tool so I added to the hub. Unfortunately, it does not recognize the associations and there is no way for me to remove them that I can see.
