Red dimmer not responding

I have a red dimmer (not 3-way). Has been working fine for a while. I use Homeseer and the last time it was set was 6/29. The light is on. The led is lit up. But the switch won’t respond, either by tapping or holding the paddle. I tried to troubleshoot with Homeseer but it says the node can’t be reached.

I haven’t tried re-adding the node but that is what I was thinking of doing next. Any ideas from anyone?

Have you tried air-gapping it?

Pull the air-gap lever out to disconnect all power to the dimmer. Wait a few seconds then push back in. Dimmer should reboot and hopefully work normally again
