Wrong Switches Aartech

Hi,

I ordered some red on/off switches from Aartech and I have been getting dimmer switches instead. The white top box says dimmer, but the bottom red box says on/off switch. The box is sealed so I am not sure where the mix up is happening. I got them to replace the first shipment of 3 switches but now the replacement also has the same problem. I am assuming that I have to go through them again to try to get the right switch but I don’t want to try a third time and get dimmers again.

Hi @Mario - this is due to an error on the part of our manufacturer. I’m going to have @anon14959390 contact Robert at Aartech so they can double check all their switches (both sides of box and probably going to have to open it).

We’ll be sure to get this corrected for you! Sorry for the trouble!
