3-way wiring issue w/ neutral - stuck in reboot loop

Hello, I have a few Inovelli Blues setup as single pole switches working great, but am having some trouble with my first attempt at a 3 way installation. I am using a dumb switch (Leviton) on the other end. I am fairly confident about the neutral wire and the line wire (only wire that appears to always have power regardless of either switch being on/off - as measure by non contact voltage tester). I am less confident about load and traveler wires, although I have tried both ways and neither work quite right. The Inovelli switch powers up and I am able to configure in Zigbee2MQTT as 3 way w/ dumb switch mode. Current results:

  • Dumb switch turned on - Inovelli powers up and can switch lights
  • Dumb switch turned off - Inovelli has power, can send LED notifications to it, but when I try to turn on it goes into reboot loop - can’t control lights.

Any help is appreciated!

Confirmed with multimeter I had some wires swapped :man_facepalming:

Happens to the best of us. At least you verified with a meter instead of blaming the switch.
