I have several 4-in-1 sensors throughout the house on hubitat and they all work. I just opened another one and went through the process to include it. I get the alert that it is found, but it just sits there initializing. Is there something I need to do to exclude it and reattempt adding it?
Usually when a Zwave device won’t join properly, the best way to exclude it is to do a general exclusion via your hub. The technique varies by hub, but it generally involves running the exclusion and then doing the same operation (i.e. button tap) that you use to include it. Then try to add it again.
