Hi. I have an NZW30 wired in the box with line power. I have the middle box wired with a standard 4 way switch. I have the last box, with the load lines, wired with a regular simple light switch. The middle and load switches always have the ability to control the light properly. But, the NZW30 can only change the state of the light when the middle switch is in one position. When the middle switch is in the other position the NZW30 does not work. Please advise.
Does the NZW30 lose power, i.e. LED turns off, when you put the 4-way switch in position that causes the NZW30 not to work?
