Hi there, I was just wondering if we could get an update on how the shipping of pre-orders is going? Last I saw inovelli was confident that all pre-orders from the first batch would be shipped by the new year. I purchased on what should be the tail end of the first batch, on September 18th, and I haven’t received tracking information yet.
Edit: I do not understand why this post was locked as this was for general information and not me specifically. Inovelli has told us “weeks” for months now and even the project road map says 2-3 weeks of delay for the first batch, posted three weeks ago.
What is the status for the first batch?
Furthermore, for me specifically, inovelli just told me “it will ship when it ships”. I’d like a little bit of a better answer.
I though you may find my experience with my MM-Wave Preorder insightful;
I ordered (Zigbee) Blue MM-Wave Switches at the end of the campaign, shortly before it closed on May 1st.
I placed my order though the Indiegogo campaign on April 28 (2023)
Inovelli created a shipping label on Dec 11 (2025)
GlobalPost received my package on Dec 20
USPS received my package on Dec 29
The Package “left the originating country” on Dec 30
The package “arrived in Canada“ on Jan 7
Canada Post delivered the package on Jan 8
While I can’t say how far along Inovelli is with their shipping so far, they have gotten past April 28.
