Hi there, I was just wondering if we could get an update on how the shipping of pre-orders is going? Last I saw inovelli was confident that all pre-orders from the first batch would be shipped by the new year. I purchased on what should be the tail end of the first batch, on September 18th, and I haven’t received tracking information yet.

I though you may find my experience with my MM-Wave Preorder insightful;
I ordered (Zigbee) Blue MM-Wave Switches at the end of the campaign, shortly before it closed on May 1st.
I placed my order though the Indiegogo campaign on April 28 (2023)
- Inovelli created a shipping label on Dec 11 (2025)
- GlobalPost received my package on Dec 20
- USPS received my package on Dec 29
- The Package “left the originating country” on Dec 30
- The package “arrived in Canada“ on Jan 7
- Canada Post delivered the package on Jan 8
While I can’t say how far along Inovelli is with their shipping so far, they have gotten past April 28.
