Can I use a Red switch in a 3-way setup with power from the light, no neutral and a dumb switch?

This is my current wiring:

Can I put a Red Dimmer Switch on the left box, and use the existing dumb switch on the right box for 3-way functionality?
Note that since the power comes from the ceiling, there is no neutral on either box.

No, non-neutrals require mating with an Aux.
