Community Contact - For Help

Hey all,

I wanted to take a moment to introduce @Kaleb_Inovelli – he’s worked with us for almost a year now in the customer service role and I had a discussion with him the other day about helping out in the community as @EricM_Inovelli and I have been busy behind the scenes and haven’t had the bandwidth to get in here as often as we know we should.

One of the pillars we built this company on is our community and I don’t want to see that self-implode due to Eric and I being tied up with the day-to-day tasks to keep innovation churning (writing Edge Drivers, Device Drivers, testing each parameter one-by-one, etc), business running efficiently, etc.

The community has been and always will be the heartbeat of this company and it’s been weighing on me for a while to get back in and help out where I can. The unfortunate side-effect of only having 5 people is that Eric and I are being pulled in all directions.

Anyway, enough of my sob-story.

The purpose of this post is to introduce Kaleb and let everyone know that if there’s anything you need, you can tag him, ask questions, etc. Even if they are directed at Eric and I, feel free to tag him and if he can’t answer it, he’ll walk into my office and talk to me about it.

@Courtney_Inovelli and @Lance_Inovelli can also help, but Kaleb will be the main point of contact for the time being.

Finally, I would like to acknowledge a few people who volunteer their time to help and have been a tremendous blessing to the community. Without them, I honestly don’t know what we’d do.
