Direct Association turns bulbs off, but not on

Good afternoon

I’ve successfully installed a Red series switch that I intend to control three Illumin RGBW bulbs through direct association. I set it up successfully through the association tool, and it will turn the bulbs off, but not on. I can turn on the bulbs through the SmartThings V3 hub I’m using.

The switch is installed with a neutral wire, and does not directly control a load.

Any ideas what I could try?

Can you post up which tool you used to set up the associations and also logs when you press the switch toggles?
