How is an order with in stock and back order items processed?

I want to purchase 1 item that is in stock (red series dimmer 10-pack) and 1 item that is back ordered (aux switch).

If I order these together in the same cart, will the in stock item ship right away? Or will it wait for the back ordered item to arrive and then ship out together?

My current order combo has qualified me for free economy shipping, so I’d like to keep these 2 together ideally.

Items that are in stock normally ship when ordered and back ordered items when items are back in stock (so partially fulfilled when order is created).
