Is there a estimated date to sell the strip lights on Amazon?, I have terrible experience ordering from the inovelli website and not receiving the packages, because of USPS.
Likely we will never sell anything that is a “kit” on Amazon due to the return process. Amazon does not check-in returns properly so someone could return only half the kit and still get a full refund. Therefore we have to sell them directly so that if we have a return it comes back to us and we can be sure all the parts are there before issuing a refund.
Is there a way to use another company like FedEx or UPS that request signature to deliver the product?
