Did you ever figure this out? I had to disable the configurationGet command in the drivers to make my mesh stop flooding with these messages.
I noticed I only get duplicates when there are several setNotification commands going out at once. If I do one or two, everything is fine. Start adding more, and the duplicates start appearing.
