I am having a couple issues with both of my LZW31-SN switches.

(This was mentioned in another topic) it’s not seeing saved changes to the LED Color, Intensity or effects and its not firing the Notifications. I see on the ST’s app that the notification is “ON” but the switch doesn’t change. (THIS HAS BEEN FIXED WITH A DTH UPDATE)

I have a GE Add on Switch with one of my LZW31-SN switches. It turns on/off the switch. I can hear it turning on/off and can see the LED bar raising and lowering but it’s not actually supplying power to the light fictures. If i turn the Inovelli switch or the switch on my app on/off it works just fine.
any thoughts?
