Well, it’s a Christmas miracle (or maybe two). I got a shipping notification (which feels like miracle #1). And they will technically arrive before Christmas (Dec 24). That’s miracle #2.
Of course, I’ll be out of town starting Dec 21 for a week, but they will be sitting in the house waiting (our pet sitter will bring them in, so nobody get any ideas). I now have a “between Christmas and New Year” project to install around 40 switches (I was waiting for these last switches before doing everything at once).
I’m curious when and where you placed your order? I was hoping to have mine to install during the break as well. I ordered on Inovelli.com in November 2024.
I ordered in Dec 2024 and have yet to receive any news about shipping.
I reached out to Inovelli back in October and was told the ETA is late Nov / early Dec 25, obviously we’re now past that date already, so the wait continues.
You’re likely in the second shipment which is currently stuck in customs. An update elsewhere on the forum last week said this will be a ~3-4 week delay as far as I remember.
Inovelli was notified that the second batch was selected by US Customs for an inspection we were advised it could take two to three weeks to complete. This is only an estimate and we hope that the shipment will be complete by the 30th of DEC(this is only an estimate). We are sorry but this is not in our control. As far as the first batch orders are still being processed through our shipper.
