I’m looking forward to mine arriving. I ordered in July during the pre-order period (so later than some, earlier than others) and am hoping they’ll come around Christmas, as I have the week between Christmas and New Year’s off and could install all the switches then.
Did you get a shipping notification and/or tracking info? Or is there still hope for me without one?!
Like @pkscout , I would be thrilled to have all of mine come in time to play with for Christmas!
The shipping notifications have not been as timely as Inovelli would have liked with this shipping vendor. So just because you have not received one does not mean it isn’t on the way.
Note that if you have an order that is not from the Indiegogo, it may not be in the current batch. I believe the second batch is on its way to Inovelli for distribution.
A quick update for the curious: the integration with SmartThings went smoothly without any issues. The plug is installed in the bathroom, and I didn’t need to adjust the default settings for room size or interference zones. The usual parameters are easy to configure.
The presence/absence state works fine for me. I even tested it by sitting in the bathroom with my phone, making subtle movements, and the radar correctly detected my presence.
The Lux level stays at 46 when the light is off, but that’s because the plug’s LED is set to 100% in “off” mode to act as a nightlight. That explains why the value doesn’t drop to zero.
I see you have mostly red series (and a couple blue) but red series will not be here until 12/20 so unlikely you will have those by Christmas, sorry!
I actually ended up doing a change order to swap some reds to blues, and just got shipping notifications for the blues this afternoon. Exciting!
When did you all place your Indiegogo orders? I placed mine in April 2023. Haven’t heard anything about a shipment. Who is delivering? UPS, FedEx, USPS?
Apr '23 order here too - I also have not gotten any shipment information, but that is (unfortunately) how this shipper works apparently. I would at least be grateful to know what delivery service is involved here (USPS, etc).
But all this does make me wonder when we early adopters should get nervous about not having received anything, especially with these online reports of folks who made recent orders already having theirs in hand.
Hopefully it just shows up in the next couple days (since they all are supposedly enroute).
ShipBob is not sending out any shipping notifications so we either put it in manually to your account or it will just show up at your door. Pretty much all Indiegogo orders (BLUE SERIES ONLY!!) have gone out. I think there are less than 50 orders left to ship.
And they are using a variety of shipment methods…OnTrac, Veho, USPS, UPS…
Rather unfortunate that shipping notifications are not sent. In my case delivery drivers often can’t find the house and with our knowing the delivery method/date and can even know if the item got lost…..

Yea I totally understand! Its just not pushing tracking info to Shopify for some reason. You should be notified about yours when it goes out since you have red and blue series! Those will be sent from us here at HQ.
50 Indiegogo orders or 50 orders total from the entire first batch? I was under the impression that even regular pre-orders (for blue series) were part of the first batch - up until something like this October I think Eric said?
Trying to get an idea of when to start looking out for mine, as they were pre-ordered directly on the Inovelli site, but over a year ago, so I would think it’d be part of that initial shipment to ShipBob.

Inovelli.com orders have slowly started making their way out as well. We just wanted to get Indiegogo orders out first because those were the hardest to deal with.

So what happened? I ordered on May 4th and the latest I heard was on an email titled “mmWave Project Update - Important Shipping Update” that was sent Oct 5th. Regarding the first batch, it says:
“Most of the Inovelli.com orders will also be shipped. I think there is a cutoff around October 2025 for the first batch (more on that below)”
Now, without any further comms from Inovelli, I’m stumbling into the community wondering what is wrong with my order, and support is telling me I might not even be part of the second batch (which is due to ship after 12/20).
We are still shipping out the first batch. If you ordered on May 4 2025 you are unfortunately way down on the list, as Inovelli.com orders also go back to 2023 and those will go out first. I’m not sure who you spoke to in customer service, but we have enough units to cover all the orders.
We received 10,000 VZM32 (Blue Series) and those are actively going out now. This includes all Indiegogo blue series orders as well as Inovelli.com blue series orders up until that Oct date mentioned. Its been a little slower going than we initially thought just because it took longer to get things into the ShipBob warehouse than expected. But once all the units were checked in things have been moving fast. They shipped about 900 orders in 14 days which is not something we could ever do on our own.
12/20 is when the red series will arrive, along with the additional/remaining blue series. That should cover up to current date with orders. But again - please understand we are a small company and even with the help of Shipbob we still have never said that every single person was going to receive their order in December. We simply said they are arriving and will start shipping in December - which they have. We do have some additional help at our own warehouse now which should also speed things along. I’m confident 99% of orders will have a shipping notification by the end of the year. Thanks for your continued patience!
I appreciate you guys moving shipping to a vendor that handles shipping. I will say as someone who backed this thing on day 1 it’s driving me crazy to not have a tracking number and just once again going on your guys word that it has shipped. I’m seeing on reddit people who ordered via the website getting their shipment notification emails but I guess at this point I’m hoping my order was in the last 50 to go out since that was 5 days ago that you stated there was only 50 more to go and neither USPS, Fedex or UPS has informed me of a package heading my way that I don’t know of already. I truly hope ShipBob is giving you all some form of discount for not being able to provide tracking numbers to orders. Re-reading through this thread before sending it - it does sound like you have tracking numbers but it would require manually putting them in - Is there a reason that a tracking number couldn’t be provided for individuals reaching out about a tracking number? I know I had reached out to try and get one.
Looking forward to not sounding like all I do is bitch once these arrive - Appreciate all you guys do for us and for this project and really looking forward to having these switches in hand
