First, the setup: I’m running a black series dimmer with no neutral, controlled by a Nexia hub.
Here’s the problem: I don’t seem to be able to set the minimum dim level. I have carefully followed the instructions repeatedly. (Press config button until yellow, tap twice to enter min. dim level setting- confirmed by two yellow blinks. Tap up paddle until desired level is reached, confirmed by long and short purple blinks. Press config button until yellow, then confirmed by cyan.)
Every time I do this, it instead sets the dimming speed. I can also set the dimming speed through the proper procedure for that (tap config once instead of twice).
Has anyone had a similar problem? Any workaround you know of?
