I have a NZW31 Gen 1 switch that sticks when the top toggle is pressed. It’s likely been that way from the beginning but only recently am I using the double tap capability.
Has anyone found a solution?
UPDATE I popped the switch toggle off the body of the dimmer. On the back were two cross shaped protrusions. I thinned them down a bit with an X-acto, Not the switch works great and the “feel” is better than it was originally.
