Please add full documentation in an accessible format on your website. I did eventually find that you have a link to installation instructions on each product’s details page, but this stuff should be under the support page as well, broken out into sections and using responsive design to make it easy to pull up just what is needed on whatever device is available. For example, a decent copy of the settings chart for my red series dimmer would be very helpful to view on my phone while I’m standing at the switch.

Yes the cards in switch packaging send us to site, but much of the info is buried in forums or product page.
Polishing that will help some folks experience finding information and configuration help.
Building good solid documentation can be hard. I’d be more than happy to help if needed.
