I have about 20 red series dimmers all working great. One of them though refuses to change the notification led color. I’ve removed and reinstalled it thinking it was possibly a bad neutral or ground connection and it still fails. Both the holtek and Inovelli firmware have been updated. Any other ideas on what may be the issue?
Are you setting the color from Smartthings in the settings? Can you look in the history and see if after setting the color commands were sent?
