Hoping someone may be able to help. I’ve had a RedSeries sitting on my desk for about a year, and finally installed it last night. My setup is maybe a smidge unusual - SmartThings acts as my hub, but all automations are controlled through HomeAssistant in NodeRed. I’ve been able to create child devices so that I can issue commands to the switch to turn the notification bar on, but haven’t been able to sort out how to enable scene detection that would be visible by NodeRed.

Any ideas?

As far as I am aware, scene information is not shared via webhook to HA. You’ll have to import via zwave stick directly.
