I have another Red Dimmer that started failing in the same way. Power reporting is always 1.6W regardless of load or dimmer setting. It has been updated to firmware 1.52 with no change. Reset via air-gap does not fix it either.
Should I contact @Courtney_Inovelli for a replacement?
This time, I also noticed that it sends a Power Report every 30 seconds regardless of the “periodic power reporting” parameters (18 & 19). By default it should only send reports once per hour or if the value changes by 10%. I’ve tried various other settings and its always the same report 1.6W every 30 seconds.
