Replacing a 3-way 3 wire switch with a 3-way switch/outlet combo

I am trying to add an outlet to an existing 3-way light switch location. The existing switch has 3 wires plus ground in the box. I’d like to replace it with a Leviton 5645-W (5645-W | Products). It looks like the Leviton wants 4 wires.

I don’t mind if the outlet only works when the light is on. I can’t easily bring a neutral to the switch. In fact bringing more wiring is not an option.

Can this be wired safely?

Thanks in advance for any and all constructive advice.
