Yeah, I’m not sure what’s going on there. It’s possible all fingerprints weren’t included in the driver. That is a really old switch that was not in production at the time the Edge drivers were developed. I would submit a support request for EricM to take a look at.

I unpaired and pairing again and see this:
I now see the Inovelli switch with their driver. However, it shows “A network or server error occurred. Try again later” when I try to power on/off
The 0000-0000-0000 means it didn’t pair correctly. Removing and readding was the right move. Try to turn the switch on and off at the wall and I bet it will start acting normal in the app. Does it happen to be far from the hub?
