Four LZW42 RGBW smart bulbs (z-wave plus, A19, E26 base). Discontinued bulbs. Used and removed from service when I switched to some zigbee bulbs.
Tested just now: each bulb was factory reset, paired to a z-wave controller, changed color on command, and then excluded. All four are factory fresh and ready to pair.
Bulbs only. Will ship in the wrong box - the one my my zigbee bulbs came in. $80 for the 4x bulbs ($20 each, not selling individually), plus $10 shipping in the US, so $90 total.
