[email protected] deactivated?

Hello! Have people had luck with Inovelli answering their support emails? I reached out a couple weeks ago, sent a follow-up, and still haven’t heard back. On their main website, the “Get Help/Open a Ticket” is a dead link (href=“#”) so I’m not sure how one is supposed to reach out to support.

This is my first time buying Inovelli and I love the product, just not sure how one gets in contact with the company. Thanks for any help!

That’s not a dead link. It will pop up the box to first query the Inovelli Robot Assistant (IRA) and then allow you to send a message. I just tried it in Firefox, Chrome and Chrome/Android and it works on all three. If you’re on mobile, you may just see the icon appear in the lower right corner. Click on it to open the Assistant.

If that window isn’t coming up, maybe you have them blocked?

Not sure if support@ is a valid way to submit a ticket since they switched to the IRA as above.

The link I thought was indeed blocked due to adblocker. Now it’s working as expected!

And I’ll give that new email a shot. Thank you both again for quickly solving this for me

Edit: It actually looks like [email protected] is the one I reached out to. My memory was bad and I thought I reached out to [email protected]. Anyways, I’ll try to get the bot to let me speak with someone
