I have the same issue on a newly installed Blue Series dimmer + AUX, except mine is a neutral line installation. TimV’s solution worked for me, with a max value of 200. I appreciate the help but this seems awfully arbitrary and kludgy. Does anyone understand why this is happening? Is this something Inovelli might be able to fix with a firmware update?
ETA: Thinking about it I assume the issue is that too much current going to the light means there’s not enough to signal on the traveler. Does that make sense? Would switching to more energy efficient bulbs help?
ETAx2: It was a wiring problem. I had accidentally used a hot wire for neutral. I’m surprised it worked at all. Now that it’s fixed I can set max to 255.
