White Series Smart 2-1 Odd Behavior in 3 Way Setup

I have a 3 Way setup with Line and Load in separate boxes. I have the Inovelli connected in the box with the Line with a dumb switch in the other box with the Load. The switch works perfectly only if the dumb switch is in one position. If I switch the dumb switch to the other position, the light goes to a low power (let’s call it 50% power) and never fully off.

In the other configuration, assume the Involli is switched off - If I toggle the dumb switch to turn on the light, the light flashes on (full power) and off continuously. The indicator LED on the Inovelli also flashes continuously its standard blue with the flashing of the light.

I cannot understand what is the issue with the wiring. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

I would double/triple check your load and line wiring with a meter. I know when I hooked up line and load backwards (on accident), the relay was turning on and off quickly and the led was flashing.
