Hey @mac – I was scratching my head reading this as I couldn’t figure out what you were talking about regarding getting an email on the 17th and then it hit me.
On the 17th is when I uploaded all the Indiegogo orders to Shopify so that they would sync to the fulfillment center we are using.
So, I’m guessing Shopify automatically sent out a confirmation email (I didn’t know this) saying you have an order.
I apologize for the confusion as I uploaded all the orders via an API and didn’t think it would trigger the auto-email, but I guess it must have.

Anyway, as mentioned a couple posts up from me, we have received confirmation from the fulfillment center that the inventory is checked in and they should be shipping this upcoming week. In fact, I just checked and some people have already received tracking information.
Also mentioned above, if you have any questions regarding shipping, please reach out to our customer service as I didn’t want to clog up this thread with shipping updates for everyone. But, I’m glad you brought this up as I didn’t realize the auto-email thing.
I’ll be closing out this thread now and will follow up early next week with a new thread that is in reference to any bugs/enhancements that you’d like to see after receiving the switch.
