Hey… ordered a bunch of aux switches for my new home build about a month ago. Just heard you don’t expect them in until November? Seems pretty far out, any chance these get here sooner?
Hey there must be some confusion here and I apologize. We should be expecting these next month. Unfortunately, our tooling broke so it delayed our production on them, but they are in production right now, so I hope they don’t take until November to get here!
Let me get with our customer service real quick to clarify with them.

I also see you ordered a bunch of white series and I planned to ship the aux the same time as the white series. Do you need the aux switches now?

As long as I get them close together and before end of July… :). building a new house and should be ready for these around that timeframe.
