I’m assuming I have a simple issue where a bypass will fix it but I’m trying to figure out what happened. I have 2 led wall sconce that are connected to a blue 2-1 dimmer. I noticed about a week ago that that the sconce have a low slow pulse that occurs when the power if off.
The dimmer is non neutral configuration single switch. I measured the voltage across the leg when powered off and it climbs to about 60v, light pulses and then repeats. Videos attached at the bottom. I assume installing a bypass would be enough to resolve the issue but I have a few questions.

Why did this just start happening? I didn’t see a firmware update but I happen to have some blues from the kickstarter with the bunk radio antennas and replacing it with one of those the voltage only goes to 30v and then drops, no light pulse. I do not understand this one as I assume the drop in voltage is from the light hitting it’s minimum and then discharging the line but without the illumination how is the line dropping.

Do I need to put a bypass in each sconce as my switch is just breaking a hot as far as I can tell? Each box only has hot and neutral coming out in it so I’m assuming there’s a buried box. I’ve found others in this house…
