Blue 2 in 1 with defective paddle - how to I request a replacement?

1 out of 20 blue switches I received have a defective paddle.
Some times it is stuck, some times it feels a lore more harder then the others to press.

Sounds like something that should be replaced so I’m wondering if that is a email or form meant for warranty related requests.

Edit: Do you have issue on the upper part of lower part of the paddle? Some people reported they pushed in ground too far and it interfered with the paddle.
