Sorry, I missed your question. I can confirm it works. I put that switch in my garage so I don’t have to look at the scuffed paddle, but it gets switched daily. Bryson’s video does a great job detailing the teardown. You can stop at about 5:50 as the board he pulls off the back is where the fuse lives. Make sure to get those plastic rivets disengaged, they are a bit of a pain and if you are not careful you can rip those components off the board. Just de-solder the old fuse, solder the new one in, and reverse order to assemble. I ended up putting the face plate on the TRIAC/FET/whatever they are just before screwing it on and used a small screwdriver to push the back of the rivet in to lock it , then screwed it back into place.
