Blue Fan Enhancement - Single Tap Behavior for Exhaust Fan

In parameter 120 (Single Tap Behavior) I would like to see about making this also work when in Exhaust Fan Mode. Instead of working through speeds, it adds/subtracts time from the timer by cycling through the set times.

The current setting appears to only cycle through the speeds selected in other parameters, but if the switch is in Exhaust Fan Mode, then I would want it to switch to timer settings. Trying to explain how many times to tap the fan switch to guests is harder, but have the LED lights flashing, and increasing as they are tapped, seems more intuitive. Also would be great to have a default time option for the single tap that is settable.

Or better yet, use the same parameters as the Single Tap Behavior does for speed, but instead of speed, they are minutes for the timer. 1-254 minutes and you can set 3 of your own settings if you want. Might make the change simpler.

Have a look at parameter 121 Fan Timer Display. I think it’ll do just what you’d like. It also flashes the LEDs for time remaining.

I use that now, but when you turn on the switch it defaults to On. You have to press it more than once to enter timer mode, which is not intuitive for guests at the house. So the fan gets left on, unless I write specific automations in another platform to shut it off.
