I was trying to update the firmware on my Blue 2-1 using the OTA under Z2M and halfway through the update it crashed out and now I get a 404 error when trying to restart the update process. I have tried removing and re-adding along with power cycling but I am unable to get it to restart. Attached is the Log file screenshot. Other than the stuck update the switches work normally. Has anyone seen this before and if so how do I get it to restart the update process.
It looks like Inovelli has removed the 2.14 firmware from their download site (probably as a precautionary measure due to some of the issues reported with it), so Z2M is getting a 404 (file not found) error when trying to download it.
It doesn’t look like anything to worry about on your end. Once Inovelli releases a new firmware update, you should be able to start a new update process with that newer firmware.
