I’ve set up the switch in my bedroom and kitchen to use scenes for “Night Mode” (on 5%) when config is pressed, and “Full On” (on 100%) when double tapped up, as a single tap returns it to the previous state. When I tried to do the same thing to my dining room switch, it simply doesn’t work. Nothing happens, and no events show up in the log.
I’ve ensured the button delay is set correctly, and the scenes and automations for the dining room work correctly when manually triggered. As far as I can tell, all settings are the same across the switches, but I might be missing something in the cluster settings under “Manage Zigbee Device”. All switches are on the same firmware version, 0x0102020e.
Anyone have any advice? Please let me know if you need additional info.

Thanks for that. I’d missed the switch firmware in the original post, but I’d recommend starting with upgrading the switch to the most recent firmware (2.18/0x01020212) and then do a factory reset on the switch after updating.
No parameters I can think of offhand (other than button delay) where I’d expect you to not get either double or triple tap events, so this gets you to a fresh slate to check against.
