Blue Series 2-1 - rampRateOffToOnRemote not able to adjust settings

I have set up multiple Blue Series 2-1 switches. Using Google Assistant, I instruct the switch to turn on / off the light it is master of. the rampRateOffToOnRemote setting does not take. I adjust this to be faster (lower value) or slower with no results. The opposite setting - rampRaeOnToOffRemote works great.

I am using HA - Zigbee2MQTT

Inovelli Blue - use transition with HomeAssistant light.turn_on service?

There is a bug in the ramp rate settings. IIRC rampRateOnToOffLocal controls both local and remote.
