Blue Series Canopy + VZM31-SN - Canopy Works- Switch doesnt

Hello,

The wiring I have is the single pole with power at the ceiling fan. I installed the canopy first and everything works.

Then I installed the switch - when the power is first turned on the switch LED lights up blue then promptly shuts off. The canopy then shows as offline on my hub.

Any suggestions?

Do you have a meter? If so, remove the conductors from the switch at the switch box and test between the black and the white. What voltage do you get?
