Blue Series Fan Switch – On and Speed select working via Z2M, but can't turn off

I use Zigbee 2 MQTT to controll my Inovelli switches with Home Assistant. Everything works except turning the fan off.

I can turn the fan on from the HA interface and set the speed, but for some reason, selecting ‘off’ throws this error:

I’m not exactly sure what it means– can anyone advise?
